The Tektelic Kona Enterprise LoRaWAN Gateway is designed for medium and small enterprises. To enable rapid deployment, it only requires -48V DC / POE power. The Kona Enterprise Gateway is very compact and lightweight, comes with an integrated Cat-6 3G/4G modem and Ethernet backhaul.

The LoRaWAN, 3G/4G and GPS antennas are integrated into the enclosure. For remote applications and additional flexibility, it also supports optional external LoRaWAN and 3G/4G antennas. ESD and lightning protection are integrated into all interfaces. The e LoRaWAN Gateway meets IP-67 environmental specifications for the most demanding outdoor installations. With an MTBF of 450,000 hours or 50 years, it is virtually “always on” and the lowest operator TCO. It is a highly optimized cost-effective gateway for enterprise deployments.

PoE Passive Injector

The Tektelic Kona Enterprise also works in conjunction with the Tektelic PoE Passive Injector. This provides devices with power and connectivity using only a network cable. Thus, no power outlet is needed near the device.
